503.01 through 503.06; provided that exemption shall be contingent <br />upon compliance with all of the following provisions: <br />The operation of the hobby farm as a hobby farm <br />has been and will remain continuous since its <br />origination. <br />Any interruption in operation as a hobby farm <br />shall not exceed twelve calendar months. <br />The acreage designated as the original hobby farm <br />shall remain intact and shall not be reduced by <br />any cause, including sale of inclusive real <br />property or expiration of lease to the property. <br />(4) The hobby farm operation shall not be intensified <br />in terms of either numbers of animals or <br />additional species of animals. <br />(5) The non -conforming parcel shall be registered as <br />pursuant to 503 no later than May 26, 1982. <br />
