All <br />insurance certificates have been filed with my office and all license fees have been paid. <br />The Police Department has completed tine background investigations for +each of the <br />establishment owners and their managersand report that they find no reason m deny the <br />licenses. <br />Consideration of Renewal Application for On- <br />Sale, Off Sale Liquor Licenses <br />49 Club <br />Chomoni x Golf Course <br />J & K Liquors, Inc. <br />Lino Liquor, Inc. <br />Miller's on Main <br />Tom Thumb Market <br />Twin City Stores, Inc. (Oasis <br />Shirley Kaye's <br />VFW Post No. 6583 <br />Earlier this spring, the City Council approved an Off -.Sale Liquor License for Steve Arhip <br />for Simonson's Garage building. Mr. Arhip has not opened his business and I am waiting <br />to hear from him about when he expects to open. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Adopt a motion approving the On -Sale and Off -Sale Liquor Licenses as <br />submitted. <br />2. Return to staff for further information. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option No. 1 <br />
