CABARET LICENSE <br />RESTRICTIONS/PROVISIONS <br />SUPERVISION: Applicant shall provide an officer of the law or <br />other supervisory person(s) as designated by <br />themselves. <br />BARRICADES: Restrictive devices shall be provided defining the <br />area to be used for such event/entertainment. <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL AND PARKING: No portion of a roadway shall be used <br />for parking so that traffic is in any manner impeded. <br />Adequate parking shall be made available and readily <br />accessible to all patrons. <br />SPEAKERS: Precaution shall be taken to insure that the sound of <br />the loud speaker systems and the crowd shall not <br />carry unreasonably beyond the boundaries of the <br />location of the event/entertainment. <br />SANITARY FACILITIES: Adequate sanitary facilities as prescribed by <br />the Minnesota State Board of Health Regulations and <br />Standards shall be made available. <br />CLEANUP PLANS: Area of event/entertainment shall be clean and <br />restored to previous condition within 24 hours <br />following the event/entertainment. <br />IT IS ILLEGAL TO SERVE OR PERMIT THE CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING <br />LIQUOR OUTSIDE OF THE LICENSED BUILDING ON THE PREMISES. TEMPORARY <br />3.2 BEER LICENSES AND TEMPORARY SET-UP LICENSES ARE AVAILABLE TO <br />NON-PROFIT, RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS UPON <br />APPLICATION. <br />
