This is not to be confused with the Federal Highway <br />Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy that was adopted by the City earlier this year for <br />Commercial Driver's License holders. <br />This policy outlines employee's rights, delineates procedures, and state the <br />City's stand as a drug and alcohol free work place, <br />1. <br />Approve the Drug and Alcohol Policy <br />Modify the Policy <br />1. <br />
