Specifically, such lots are intended to be provided access to the <br />adjacent Surfside Seaplane Base via a taxiway easement. The subject property is <br />currently zoned GB, General Business. ."` <br />To accommodate the proposed development, the following approvals are necessary: <br />1. Comprehensive Plan Amendment (Land Use Pian). <br />2. Rezoning of the eastern portion of the site (air strip accessible lots) from GB, <br />General Business to R -1X, Single Family Executive. <br />3. PDO overlay of air strip accessible Tots to accommodate oversized accessory <br />buildings. <br />4.
