AGENDA: ITEM MiltS L <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Mary Kay Wyland <br />DATE June 24, 1996 <br />TOPIC Lino Air Park - easements <br />Mr. Roger Kolstad is planning to extend Carl Street to serve five <br />lots, previously platted, in the Lino Air Park North. As a part of <br />that project he has been required to dedicate some additional <br />roadway and utility easements. <br />The City Engineer has reviewed the submitted easements and found <br />them to be in conformance with the approved plan. staff would, <br />therefore, recommend that the City Council accept the easement <br />documents as presented. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
