AGENDA ITEM 6E <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: David Ahrens, City Engineer/Public Works Director <br />DATE: June 19, 1996 <br />TOPIC: Resolution Number 96 - 71, Declare Adequacy of Petition and Order <br />Preparation of Report, Trappers Crossing 2 & 3 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The property owner of the land that comprises Trappers Crossing Phase 2 & 3 has <br />submitted a petition to the City to construct street, curb and gutter, storm sewer and <br />water supply and sanitary sewer systems. Attached for Council's reference is a location <br />map of the subject properties and copies of the petition. Pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Charter, Council is required <br />to declare the adequacy 'of the petition and order preparation of a report studying the <br />proposed improvements. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for father review. <br />2.
