AGENDA ITEM 6G <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR:Dave Ahrens, City Engineer/Public Works Director <br />DATE: 6/21196; <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 96.75, determining the necessity for a; <br />authoring the acquisition of certain property by proceedings in <br />Clearwater Creek Development Center Street <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City is currently planning the nstructionconstruction of streets and utilities in the <br />Clearwater Creek Development Center ( attached map). The acquisition of <br />right-of-way is necessary for the proposed improvements. Past discussions with <br />property owners regarding the projects have been received favorably and staff <br />does not expect conflicts in at uiring the sight -of -way. However, with the <br />adoption of the attar resolu oii, the City is certain to have;the right-of-way <br />acquired in a timely manner so as not to delay the projects. <br />
