The Trapper's Crossing Phase 1 plat contains 28 lot single <br />family lots zoned R -1X. A Development Agreement has been signed, financial <br />securities have been posted and the construction of street and utilities are well <br />under way for this plat. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return the final plat to staffor urther review. <br />2. Approve the final plat. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the final plat be_approved by Council. <br />
