It will <br />contain 11,600 square feet of office space and 23,400, square feet of warehouse <br />space. The property is located in the Apollo Business Center which is zoned <br />Light Industrial. This meets the ADA requirements for handicapped <br />vehicles, and exceeds the number of parkirva spaces required by the catty. <br />CIRCULATION AND ACCESS: A 40 -foot shared access drive with Blue Heron <br />Phase 1 is indicated on the site plan. This is in compliance with Anoka County <br />requirements on Apollo Drive.
