Since that time a home <br />has been constructed on the new lot and the buyers would like to <br />purchase an additional 40' of property from the Haegs. <br />The property is Zoned R-1 and provided with utilities. The <br />proposed subdivision would add a 40' x 90' piece to the existing <br />lot for a total of 15,930 square feet in area. The new lot would <br />then be 90 x 177'. <br />Staff has reviewed the request and would recommend approval with <br />the condition that Park Dedication fees be waived. A Park <br />Dedication Fee of $550 was collected with the previous subdivision <br />approval, <br />............................... <br />OPTIONS' <br />1.
