Acting City Engineer <br />DATE January 20. 1995 <br />TOPIC <br />Resolution No. 95-03 <br />Declaring Adequacy of Petition and <br />Ordering Preparation of a Feasibility Report for <br />Woods of l aldwin Lake - 2nd Addition <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The preliminary plat for this subdivision was approved, with conditions, by the City <br />Council on October 24, 1994. The property owners have submitted a petition for utility <br />and street improvements to serve the proposed subdivision. The petition has been <br />reviewed by the City Clerk and the property owners have been verified. The next step <br />in the process is to prepare a Feasibility Report for these improvements. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 95-03 declaring adequacy of petition and ordering <br />preparation of a Feasibility Report for Woods of Baldwin Lake - 2nd Addition. <br />2. Return to staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1. <br />
