Acting City Engineer <br />DATE January 20. 1995 <br />TOPIC Resolution No. 95-04 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Receiving the Feasibility Report and Calling an <br />Improvement Hearing on Woods of Baldwin Lake - 2nd Addition <br />for February 27. 1995 at 5:50 P.M. <br />The Feasibility Report for this project has been prepared and will be submitted to the <br />City Council on January 23, 1995. <br />Upon receipt of the report the City Council can now order the Public Hearing. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 95-04. <br />2. Return the matter to City staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1. <br />
