Acting City Engineer <br />DATE January 20. 1995 <br />TOPIC Resolution No. 95-07 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Receiving the Feasibility Report for Well No. 4 <br />The Preliminary Plat for the Clearwater Creek development is currently being reviewed <br />by the City and will be considered by the City Council, along with_a rezone, at a future <br />meeting. Although neither the preliminary plat or rezoning has been approved, the <br />Developer, Mr. Tony Emmerich, requested preparation of a feasibility report for a new <br />well to serve the project area. Furthermore, the developer deposited escrow funds with <br />the City to cover the cost of preparing this report. <br />At the regular meeting of the City Council on November 14, 1994 preparation of a <br />feasibility report for Well No. 4 was ordered. The report has now been completed and <br />submitted to the City. As the rezone and preliminary plat for the Clearwater Creek <br />development will be considered at a future meeting, the setting of a Public Hearing for <br />the Well No. 4 report should be delayed until that time. We are requesting only that the <br />report be received at this time. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 95-07 receiving the Feasibility Report for Well No. 4. <br />2. Return to staff for consideration at a future meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1. <br />
