COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 9, 1995 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DATE January 9,;1995 <br />TIME 'STARTED : 6:30.--P- <br />TIME :ENDED : 7:15 P M... <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Reinert, Ne al,,Kuether, Elliott, Bergeson <br />MEMBERS ABSENT None <br />Staff members present: City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Acting City <br />Engineer, John Powell; Planning Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland; <br />Parks and Recreation Director, Marty Asleson; Community <br />Development Director, Brian Wessel; Police Chief, David Pecchia; <br />City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn <br />Anderson. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Schumacher asked that agenda item No. 12A be added titled <br />Consideration of a Joint Powers Agreement Between the City of <br />Lino Lakes and White Bear Township for Building Inspection <br />Services. <br />Other than noted above, the agenda was approved as presented. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: Council Work Session, December, 1994. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve these minutes as <br />presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Andrew Cardinal, 6657 Centerville Road - Mr. Cardinal thanked the <br />City Council for their support of his re -appointment to the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District Board.
