Council member Elliott introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 12 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM THE AREA AND UNIT FUND TO THE TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br />1991A FOR BOND PAYMENT AND FUND CLOSURE <br />WHEREAS, the Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1991A matured on August <br />1, 1994, and <br />WHEREAS, projects financed by this bond issue are complete, and <br />WHEREAS, trunk water improvements were financed with this bond <br />issue, and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer and fund <br />closure be authorized effective December 31, 1994. <br />Increase Decrease <br />Temp Improve Bond 1991A (308) $1,698,510 <br />Area and Unit Fund (406) (1,698,510) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of January, <br />1995. <br />Vernon F.
