Council member Elliott <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 18 <br />introduced the <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM 1994 CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND <br />FOR COUNTRY LAKES ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, an escrow was established for Country Lakes Estates in <br />1993, and <br />WHEREAS, this project was bonded and assessed in 1994, and <br />WHEREAS, there were costs allocated to the escrow fund in 1993, and <br />WHEREAS, these costs should have been coded to the construction <br />fund in the amount of $16,575. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be <br />authorized effective December 31, 1994. <br />Increase <br />Escrow Fund (801) $16,575 <br />1994 Construction Fund (456) <br />Decrease <br />($16,575) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of January, <br />1995. <br />Vernon F.
