There <br />will be no staff report as this is a concept plan only. <br />For your information: <br />- The property was originally included in our MUSA Area <br />Expansion Request. <br />- The property is Zoned Rural <br />- The Comprehensive Plan currently indicates the area as rural <br />- Utilities could serve the site through the existing <br />Pineridge Development <br />OPTIONS <br />No recommendation required at this time, the developer is seeking <br />preliminary comments from the P & Z at this time. <br />
