EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF BUDGET <br />The following is a listing of expenditure categories within the General Fund that exceed budget <br />appropriations: <br />Additionally, actual expenditures of the Program Recreation Special Revenue Fund exceeded final <br />budgeted expenditures by $33,062. <br />Note 12 INTERFUND RECEIVABLES AND PAYABLES <br />The City provides temporary advances to funds that have insufficient cash balances by means of an advance <br />from another fund.
