DRAFT 1/5/95 <br />Subd. 2. Establishment of Official Zoning Map. The Official Zoning Map, together <br />with all materials attached thereto is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part <br />of this ordinance. The attached material shall include the Protected Waters Inventory Map <br />for Anoka County. The Official Zoning Map shall be on file in the Office of the Zoning <br />Administrator. <br />Subd. 3. Land Use District Descriptions. <br />A. Criteria for Designation. The land use districts in B below and the delineation <br />of a land use district's boundaries on the Official Zoning Map, must be consistent with <br />the goals, policies, and objectives of the comprehensive land use plan. <br />B. Land Use District Descriptions. The land use districts and the allowable land <br />uses therein for the given classifications of waterbodies, shall be properly delineated <br />on the Official Zoning Map for the shorelands of the City of Lino Lakes. The <br />designated land use districts shall be in conformance with the criteria specified in <br />Minnesota Regulation, Part 6120.3200, Subp. 3. <br />1102.06 Shoreland Overlay District Uses <br />Subdivision 1. Permitted Uses. The permitted uses in the Shoreland Overlay District <br />are those uses allowed and regulated by the applicable underlying zoning district as <br />indicated on the Official Zoning Map of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Subd. 2. Conditional Uses. <br />A. The conditional uses in the Shoreland Overlay District are those uses allowed <br />and regulated on a conditional basis by the applicable underlying zoning district as <br />indicated on the Official Zoning Map of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />B. Boathouses. <br />C. Evaluation Criteria. A thorough evaluation of the waterbody and the <br />topographic, vegetation and soils conditions on the site must be made to ensure: <br />1. the prevention of soil erosion or other possible pollution of public waters, <br />both during and after construction in accordance with Chapter 1101 and 1105 <br />of the City Code; <br />2. the visibility of structures and other facilities as viewed from public waters <br />is limited; <br />3. the site is adequate for water supply and on-site sewage treatment; and <br />Page 10 <br />
