STAFF ORIGINATOR Alan Brixius - NAC <br />DATE February 3, 1995 <br />TOPIC MUSA Amendment <br />SEE ATTACHED REPORT FROM NORTHWEST ASSOCIATION CONSULTANTS. <br />A "Neighborhood Meeting" was held on Thursday, February 2, 1995. <br />Property owners within the designated growth areas were notified of <br />the neighborhood meeting, and the Public Hearing scheduled for <br />February 8th. The Public Hearing has been advertised in the City's <br />Legal Newspaper. <br />The neighborhood meeting was well attended. As a result of the <br />meeting, approximately 6 properties were removed from the <br />designated growth area and a few properties added. The enclosed <br />map reflects a revised growth area. <br />A review of the MUSA Amendment and Neighborhood Meeting; will be <br />provided at the Public Hearing. <br />
