Approval of the requested rezoning from R-4/PDO to R-1, Single Family Residential for <br />the western single family portion of the proposed subdivision subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />A. City approval of the Willow Ponds Subdivision. <br />2. Approval of the Willow Ponds preliminary plat subject to the following conditions: <br />A. All access points from County Road 12 are subject to approval by the Anoka <br />County Highway Department. <br />B. The submitted grading plan is subject to review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />C. The submitted utility plan is subject to review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />D.
