MAY 04 '95 08:45 HOLMES 8 GRAVEN <br />Member <br />adoption: <br />P.4 <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />LINO LAKES PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />RESOLUTION NO. q 5 - 01 <br />RESOLUTION REGARDLNG TAX INCRE"viENl' <br />FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1-7 <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council and Economic Development Authority have <br />authorized preparation of a tax increment financing plan (Plan) for the proposed Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 1-7: and <br />WHEREAS, the Plan has been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Board for its <br />ecuau cnt pursuant to Minnesota Statutes. Sections 469.174 to 469.179; and <br />WEE.REAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plan and compared it with <br />the City's comprehensive plan and other plans for development of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning and Zoning Board of the (qty <br />of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. The Flan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-7 is found to be consistent with the <br />plans for development of the Qty of Lino Lakes as a whole. <br />2.
