In addition, no use shall adversely affect the <br />capacity of the channels or flood plains or any tributary to the main stream <br />or of any drainage ditch, or any other drainage facility or system. <br />A. Agricultural uses such as general farming, pasture, grazing, <br />outdoor plant nurseries, horticulture, truck farming, forestry, sod <br />farming and wild crop harvesting. <br />B. Industrial -commercial uses such as loading areas, parking <br />areas, and airport landing strips. <br />C. Private and public recreational uses such as golf courses, <br />tennis courts, driving ranges, archery ranges, picnic grounds, <br />swimming areas, parks, wildlife and nature preserves, game farms, <br />fish hatcheries, shooting preserves, target ranges, trap and skeet <br />ranges, hunting and fishing areas, and single- or multiple -purpose <br />recreational trails. <br />D. Residential accessory uses such as lawns, gardens, parking <br />areas and play areas as long as no permanent structures are <br />constructed. <br />E. Boat launching ramps and docks on riparian lots accessory to <br />a permitted principal use. <br />Subd. 2. Conditional Uses. <br />A. The following use and structures may be permitted in the <br />Floodplain Overlay District only after the issuance of a conditional <br />use permit, as provided for in Section 1103.04, Subd. 9 of this <br />Ordinance. These uses shaft be permitted within the Floodplain <br />Overlay District to the extent that they are allowed in the underlying <br />base zoning district, they are not prohibited by any other ordinance, <br />and they comply with the provisions of Section 1103.07, which <br />applies to all Floodplain Overlay District conditional uses. <br />1. Principal residential, commercial, and industrial <br />structures. <br />2. Accessory structures. <br />3. Placement of fill. <br />4.
