Staff has been directed to <br />examine these development regulations and make revisions that will correct detected flaws, <br />improve the clarity of the Ordinances, and improve its format for ease of use and reference. <br />In review of the Zoning Ordinance, we have prepared review comments for the following <br />sections: <br />1. Title <br />2. Intent and Purpose <br />3. Rules and Definitions <br />4. General Provisions <br />5. Parking Requirements <br />Our review of the zoning regulations reveals a confusing format that complicates its use and easy <br />reference.
