Council Member introduced the following <br />Ordinance and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 95 - <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX B1 ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 5, <br />SUBDIVISION 4. SITE AND BUILDING PLAN REVIEW, (4) DESIGN STANDARDS, <br />(G) BUILDING DESIGN, (ii) (referencing all buildings erected on <br />land within the commercial, industrial, public and semi-public <br />zoning districts). <br />The City Council of the City of Lino lakes ordains: <br />Section 5, Subdivision 4, Site and Building Plan Review, 4 (G) <br />Building Design (ii) is deleted in its entirety <br />and the following substituted in lieu thereof: <br />All buildings erected on land within the commercial, <br />industrial, public and semi-public zoning districts shall <br />be constructed as follows: <br />(a) Exterior wall surfaces may be a combination of <br />materials including brick, precast concrete panel, <br />decorative concrete panel, architectural concrete block, <br />cast -in-place concrete, stone or glass with metal panels <br />encompassing no more than 60% of all elevations of the <br />building combined. <br />(b) Front building elevations, or that portion of the <br />building abutting a public right-of-way, metal panels <br />shall not exceed 20% of the wall surface. <br />This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and <br />publication, according to the City Charter. <br />ADOPTED by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of <br />199 <br />
