STAFF ORIGINATOR <br />DATE <br />TOPIC <br />R0 <br />AGENDA ITEM V G <br />Mary Kay Wyland <br />November 3, 1995 <br />95-33-P, Fogerty/Custom Remodelers, 475 Apollo <br />Drive, Minor Subdivision <br />Fogerty Investment and Custom Remodelers is requesting a minor <br />subdivision to create a three (3) acre parcel in the Apollo <br />Business Park to allow the construction of an office/warehousing <br />building. Plans for the building were approved by the Planning & <br />Zoning Board and Council in October contingent upon approval of <br />this minor subdivision request. <br />The property in question is Zoned General Industrial and indicated <br />as commercial on our land use plan. The minimum lot size in this <br />Zoning District is one acre. <br />City Staff has reviewed this request and would recommend approval <br />with the condition that a 5' drainage and utility easement be <br />provided on the side property lines. A 30' easement currently <br />exists on the rear property line. <br />TIONS' <br />.................... <br />1.
