1. The City make a determination on the vacation of 62nd Street <br />which involves a provision to establish vehicular access to <br />all land on the south side of 62nd Street. <br />2. A wetland mitigation plan is submitted subject to review and <br />comment by the City and Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />3. The subdivision is modified so that Lots 13 and 14 of Block 1 <br />contain adequate minimum lot areas. <br />4. A cul-de-sac is provided at the southern termination of Linda <br />Lane. The said cul-de-sac shall be constructed within an <br />easement and granted to the City. <br />5. Prior to final plat approval, the plat is revised to <br />illustrate required drainage and utility easements. <br />6. The submitted grading and drainage plan is subject to review <br />and comment by the City Engineer. <br />7. The plat's access to T.H. 49 is approved by the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation. <br />8. The City consider retaining the southern 33 feet of the 62nd <br />Street right-of-way for the establishment of a future <br />trailway. This item should be subject to further comment by <br />the Park Board. <br />9. The Park Board provide comment/recommendation in regard to <br />appropriate park dedication. <br />10. The submitted utility plan is subject to review and comment by <br />the City Engineer. <br />11. An easement is obtained which overlays that portion of the <br />adjacent property to the north which is to be graded as part <br />of the subject project. <br />12. The proposed street easement within the south lying property <br />be reconfigured to provide 60 feet of easement width to the <br />south of existing power pole locations. <br />13. The City Engineer provide comment/recommendation regarding the <br />location of the Linda Lane cul-de-sac within an existing <br />United Power Association easement. <br />14.
