J.) <br />This request is the result of an Anoka County Mediation Services <br />agreement that was initiated from a boundary line dispute. The <br />property in question is Zoned Rural and located on the north side <br />of County Road J., east of Ware Road. Several years ago a metal <br />shed and driveway were located on a portion of property that has <br />been determined not to belong to that parcel. <br />In an attempt to resolve this situation, the attached lot <br />reconfiguration is being proposed. Staff has reviewed the request <br />and would agree that this is a workable solution. <br />Parcel A, containing the driveway and metal shed, will be added to <br />the parcel to the east, thereby eliminating the previous <br />encroachment. Parcel B will be added to the property to the west, <br />compensating for the reduction in that parcel. <br />1. Approve lot reconfiguration as proposed. b(2". <br />2. Return to Deny request and require removal of driveway and shed. <br />3. Return to staff for further consideration. <br />Option 1. <br />
