The following is a list of our comments and concerns. <br />Preliminary Plat <br />• Lots 19 through 21 in Block 7 do not satisfy the minimum area requirement. <br />• A 20' drainage easement should be provided along the east side of Lots 13 through 16 <br />in Block 4 to facilitate lateral drainage. <br />• Lots 1 and 2 in Block 6 do not satisfy minimum width. <br />• Lot 22 in Block 7 does not satisfy minimum depth. <br />• A 20' drainage easement should be provided along the west side of Lots 1 through 6 in <br />Block 4 to facilitate lateral drainage. <br />• Provide drainage easement for pond adjacent to Lots 16 through 20 in Block 3. <br />• Provide drainage easement for pond adjacent to Lot 8 in Block 1. <br />• Provide drainage easement for storm sewer and pond adjacent to Lot 1 in Block 6. <br />• Provide 20' easement for storm sewer adjacent to Lots 5, 24 and 25 in Block 5. <br />• Provide drainage easement for storm sewer under trail adjacent to Lots 9 through 12, <br />Block 1. <br />SHORT ELLIOTT <br />HENDRICKSON INC.
