AGENDA ITEM V C <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR NAC - Al Brixius <br />DATE October 7, 1994 <br />TOPIC PUBLIC HEARING - Marshan Condominiums <br />Rezoning & Preliminary Plat <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />Background <br />Hokanson Development Inc. has submitted a preliminary plat <br />application for Marshan Lake Townhomes to construct 18 buildings, <br />totaling 216 units on a 23.9 acre parcel of land. The overall <br />density of the development is 9..04 units per acre. The applicant <br />•is also requesting a PDO, Planned Development Overlay District to <br />allow flexibility in the City's street requirements. Further, the <br />applicant is requesting a rezoning of a 1.6 acre parcel from the <br />current R-4, High Density Residential District to GB General <br />Business.
