Assist. <br />fo l l owi n j comments are made for the site located at 1 -Ll 4 9 - SUS{ Ste. e Oek, j <br />Permit approval from the -Rice Creek Watershed District is required for this project. <br />Permit applications may be requested at 483-0634. <br />The officially established 100 -year flood plain elevation for this site is <br />No 100 -year flood elevations exist for the project site; therefore, it will be neces- <br />sary for the applicant to determine appropriate 100 -year flood plain elevations through <br />the use of a professionally registered engineer. <br />X The District's requirement for stormwater runoff rate control will be applicable to <br />this site. <br />X Wetland Act mudi If <br />w apply and wetlands need to be avoided first, then impact minimized <br />and mitigated in accordance with Wetland Act of 1991. <br />No filling below the 100 -year flood plain elevation will be allowed unless compensa- <br />tory storage is provided. <br />Minimum building opening elevations must be at least 2 feet above the established <br />100 -year flood plain elevation. <br />Drainage easements will be required over all areas lower than the established 100 - <br />year flood plain elevation and 50 feet either side of the centerline of any officially <br />established county or judicial ditch. <br />Preparation of a sediment and erosion control plan with implementation schedule will <br />be required.
