As Council is aware, determination of the roadway alignment for the Middle School will be reviewed at the April 22, 1996 Council meeting. The Planning and Zoning Board, at. their March 13, 1996 meeting, recommended on a 4-1 vote to approve the site plan/conditional use permit for the Middle School with the following conditions: 1. On site traffic control signage must identify entry, exits, one -ways, no parking along fire hydrant,, etc. 2. The site plan dated 3/7/96 be made a part of the permit ( approval - this plan includes building configuration, parking, athletic field locations, accessory buildings, trailwaya, etc. 3. Signs for the proposed site shall conform to the City Sign Ordinance. 4. The tree preservation plan and landscape/fencing plan dated 3/7/96 be made a part of this permit and approved by the City Forester and Police Department for CPTED Compliance prior to installation. 5. Grading, drainage and utility plana _shall be submitted to the City Engineer for his review and approval prior to any grading work. 6.
