Mary Kay Wyland <br />Centennial School Dist: <br />Minor Subdivision <br />The School District is requesting permission to combine six parcels <br />of property and create a two lot subdivision. The consolidation of <br />the school site area and the creation of the two lot subdivision <br />would meet the requirements of the zoning ordinance pertaining to <br />lot area andwidth. The industrial parcel will be approximately <br />7.7 acres and the school site approximately 64 acres in area. in <br />addition, this subdivision would provide a clean legal description <br />for the school site and the industrial property to the north. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval of <br />the subdivision to combine six parcels and create a two lot <br />subdivision with the condition that a final plat document be <br />provided to the Council. <br />1. Approve subdivision with the following conditions" <br />A final Plat Document be provided to the City <br />Drainage and utility easements of at least 10' in width are <br />centered on rear and other lot lines <br />area easement over the wetland and future ponding area be <br />%ded as recommended by the City Engineer. <br />Return to staff for further consideration. <br />Option 1 <br />
