Council Member introduced the fallowing resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 65 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE CIRCLE -LER VFW POST #6583 <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Lino Lakes Police Department provided police patrol <br />and directed traffic for the Veterans of Foreign Wars <br />7th District Loyalty Day Parade on Saturday, April 29, <br />1995 and several barricades were needed to accommodate <br />traffic control; and <br />the needed barricades wee funded through the City of Lino <br />Lakes General Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex VFW Post 16583 has donated $800.00 to the <br />City to reimburse the General Fund for the cost of <br />renting the barricades; and <br />the monies will be appropriated to the General Fund in <br />the following manner: <br />WHEREAS, <br />Increase Revenue Contributions $800.00 <br />Increase Expenditures - Maintenance Equipment $800.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 88 IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />accepts the donation of $800.00 for the cost of renting the <br />barricades and wishes to express its gratitude to the Circle -Lex <br />VFW Post #6583 for its donation. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of June, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
