Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 05 <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES <br />DISHONESTY BOND <br />WHEREAS: Ordinance No. 18 - 94 amended the City Code, Section <br />206.01 by requiring that a Blanket Public Employee <br />Dishonesty Bond be purchased by the City, and <br />WHEREAS: the dollar amount of the Blanket Public Employee <br />Dishonesty Bond has been researched by the City Auditor, <br />and <br />WHEREAS: it has been determined that a $500,000.00 Blanket Public <br />Employee Dishonety Bond will be sufficient to cover all <br />exposure by the City, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes hereby designates that a Blanket Public Employee <br />Dishonesty Bond in the amount of $500,000.00 be purchased by the <br />City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of January, <br />1995. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
