Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />ITEM DISPOSITION <br />MINUTES: <br />December 19, 1994 Approved <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under open mike. <br />INTRODUCTION OF KIM SULLIVAN, 20/20 FACILITATOR, RANDY SCHUMACHER <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that during the fall, Mayor Reinert <br />outlined a visioning plan for City Council consideration. The <br />Council supported the plan which included the need for an intern <br />as well as a professional consultant to assist in the delivery of <br />the program. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
