Minnesota Rules Chapter 8410.0070 (see attachment) <br />requires the District to request summaries of water <br />management policies and goals. We are requesting that <br />you forward all relevant water management materials and <br />known inconsistencies within 45 days in accordance with <br />this chapter. <br />3. Minnesota Rules Chapter 8410.0090 (see attachment) <br />provides guidance for identifying problems which can be <br />addressed at the watershed district level. <br />4. Existing and future land -use maps are also requested. <br />In particular, our planning efforts will be focusing on <br />areas which are expected to be developed within the 5 - <br />to 10 -year planning window. - Any information relating <br />to anticipated metropolitan urban service area <br />expansions are therefore extremely useful. <br />Watershed District staff and Managers will be conducting internal <br />workshops beginning in February. The advisory committees will <br />likely begin their deliberations in late March, so please provide <br />the names of your representatives by March 10.
