In summary the Planning & Zoning Board and Staff would recommend <br />approval of the Conditional Use Permit with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. A License from the Minnesota Department of Human Services <br />be maintained at all time. <br />2. Access to the premises be provided upon notification of <br />annual and periodic inspections from appropriate City Staff. <br />3. An increase in the number of children to be served in the <br />facility will require modification of the license from the <br />State. Staff would require notification of any increase and <br />inspection by the building inspector and fire marshall to <br />determine adequacy of structure but waive the requirement of <br />an Amended Condition Use Permit. <br />4. Staff is to review drainage and grading issues on the <br />church property in the Spring. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve Conditional Use Permit with conditions listed above. <br />2. Deny permit as requested. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />
