Council Member introduced the following <br />ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1 - 95 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM RURAL (R) TO SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL (-1), CLEARWATER CREEK <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby <br />amended by rezoning from Rural (R) to Single Family Residential (R- <br />1) pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City <br />of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />INSERT LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to the City of Lino Lakes this <br />27th day of February, 1995. <br />ATTEST: Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly <br />seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
