AGENDA ITEM 10 D <br />STAPF ORIGINATOR Mary Kay Wyland <br />DATE November 8, 1995 <br />TOPIC Living Waters Church - Trail Easement <br />GRO1 <br />Living Waters Church has completed their trail construction on the <br />lake side of 865 Birch Street and the City has paved the trail. <br />This trail segment was a condition of approval for the original <br />subdivision and conditional use permit granted to Living Waters <br />Church. The trail will now be given to the City and a survey <br />document has been prepared describing the easement. As is the <br />normal practice, any easements granted to the City must first be <br />accepted by the Council. <br />Staff would recommend that the City Council accept the easement <br />document for the trail at 865 Birch Street, Living Waters Church, <br />and direct the City Clerk to file same with Anoka County. <br />Accept easement document <br />2.
