AGENDA ITEM IIA <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: David Ahrens, Public Works Director <br />DATE: 11/9/95 <br />TOPIC: Sunset Road Utilitv Extension <br />Declare Adeouacv of Petition and Order Preparation of Report <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The property owners at 7164 and 7172 Sunset Road have submitted a petition <br />to the City requesting sanitary sewer and water service. Attached for Council's <br />reference is a location map of the subject properties and copies of the petition. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Chapter 8 of the Lino <br />Lakes Charter, Council is required to declare the adequacy of the petition and <br />order preparation of a report studying the proposed improvements. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution No. 95-149 Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Order <br />Report on Improvement <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council adopt option number 2. <br />
