WAIVER <br />We, the undersigned, do hereby waive all rights to a hearing <br />on the conducting of a local improvement which will benefit our <br />property and furthermore waive all rights to appeal under the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter and/or Minnesota Statute 429 concerning the <br />benefit of the improvement provided that the assessment to be <br />levied against our property for such improvement does not exceed <br />$ f V eTi `j -;1c) <br />moo <br />We are familiar with the provisions of Minnesota Statute 429 <br />and the Lino Lakes City Charter regarding rights to hearings and <br />appeals and have been afforded the opportunity to consult with <br />legal counsel concerning these rights and voluntarily and knowingly <br />waive such rights.
