Apollo Business Park <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Economic Development Authority has adopted the modification of the plan <br />for TIF District No. 1-7 to provide financial assistance to Fogerty <br />DevelopmentlCustom Remodelers. Copies of the Plan have been sent to Anoka <br />County and Centennial School District for review. This hearing is to receive <br />public comment regarding the modification of the plan. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Open the public hearing <br />2. Continue the public hearing <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />
