This resolution sets the public hearing <br />before the city council for 6:39 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 1995. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Set the public hearing <br />2. Return to staff for further consideration <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />
