AGENDA ITEM NO. 6 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR : Dave Ahrens, City Engineer <br />DATE October 20, 1995 <br />TOPIC Public Hearing for Assessment Rolls <br />Country Lakes Estates, Plat 2 <br />Oaks of Lino <br />Pheasant Hills Preserve, 6th Addition <br />Pine Ridge, 3rd Addition <br />Wenzel Farms, 5th Addition <br />Woods of Baldwin Lake, 2nd Addition <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Six (6) improvement projects have progressed to the point where costs can be determined <br />and the assessment rolls prepared. The developers has received notice of the public <br />hearings to take input on the assessment rolls scheduled for this evening. <br />Mr. John Powell and Mr. Steve Heth will present an outline of each assessment roll. The <br />City Council will ask questions or give comments on the assessment rolls. Comments or <br />questions will then be taken from the public. The public hearing can then be closed and <br />the City Council can take action on each assessment roll listed as A, B, C, D, E and F. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Adopt separate motions approving the assessments. <br />2. Return the matter to staff for further consideration. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1 <br />
