CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br />II.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Rick Gelbmann made a MOTION to approve <br />the minutes of the September 13, 1995 meeting as <br />submitted and was supported by Bill Johnson. All voted <br />aye. Motion carried. <br />III.APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Agenda stands as presented. <br />IV.OPEN MIKE: Chair Schaps declared the Open Mike portion of the <br />meeting opened at 6:35 p.m. <br />J.P. Houchins, member of the 20/20 Vision Community <br />Group presented a brief overview of the findings of the <br />group. <br />Mr. Houchins requested that Council and Board members <br />provide an overview of the reasoning behind approvals <br />and denials for resident information. <br />Mr. Houchins indicated it was suggested by the Group <br />that all growth plans should be reviewed by the entire <br />City. <br />
