AGENDA ITEM 13 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Randy Schumacher, City Administrator <br />DATE 20 October 1995 <br />TOPIC Clarifying Compensation for Planning & Zoning Members <br />BACKGROUND. <br />The existing ordinance dealing with Planning and Zoning Board compensation <br />is unclear as it relates to payment of board members who do not attend all regularly <br />scheduled meetings. This language amends the old ordinance, clarifying the fact that <br />if a member misses a regularly scheduled meeting, he/she will not be paid the full <br />quarterly salary. <br />OPTIONS; <br />1. Approve as amended. <br />2. Send back to staff for additional changes. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />
