AGENDA ITEM 68 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR John Powell, TKDA <br />DATE December 15. 1995 <br />TOPIC <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 95-188 <br />Receive Feasibility Report and Call a Public Hearing <br />for Elevated Water Storage Tank No. 2 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Lino Lakes City Council ordered the preparation of this Feasibility Report at the <br />regular meeting on September 11, 1995. In accordance with Minnesota State Statute <br />Section 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter, the Feasibility Report is to be received by <br />the City Council and a public hearing scheduled. The public hearing will be held at the <br />City Council meeting scheduled for January 22, 1996. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 95-188 <br />2. Return the matter to staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option No. 1 Approve Resolution No. 95-188 receiving the Feasibility Report for the <br />Elevated Water Storage Tank No. 2 Improvements and call a Public <br />Hearing to be held January 22, 1995. <br />
