AGENDA ITEM 6G <br />ORIGINATOR: Tim Murphy, OSM, Inc. <br />DATE: December 15, 1995 <br />TOPIC: Marshan Lake Condominiums <br />Order Improvements and Preparation of Plans and Specifications <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Chapter 429, and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Charter, <br />Council received the report studying the proposed street and utility improvements to the <br />Marshan Lake Condominium project area. <br />The property owner has signed a waiver of public hearing and appeal of assessment, and <br />a waiver of the sixty (60) day waiting period to order the project. Therefore, the council <br />may order the improvements at this time. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution 95 -I Ordering Improvements and Preparation of Plans and <br />Specifications for the Marshan Lake Condominium Project <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />OSM recommends that Council adopt option number 2. <br />
